• RAFA Racing Club also enters partnership with SRO Esports Sim Pro Series
Now known as the GT4 European Series Powered by RAFA Racing Club, it will continue to feature leading teams and drivers from across the continent, competing at legendary circuits alongside Fanatec GT World Challenge Europe Powered by AWS. This heralds the start of a new era for the long-running series, with RAFA Racing Club's dedication to accessible motorsport set to enhance the experience for fans and competitors alike.
Beginning at next weekend’s CrowdStrike 24 Hours of Spa (29 June – 2 July), RAFA Racing Club will become a highly visible and hands-on partner. Indeed, not only will its branding appear trackside and on each GT4 car, but RAFA Racing founder Rafael Martinez will compete in the McLaren Trophy support race alongside co-driver Jem Hepworth.
In addition to its commitment to GT4, RAFA Racing will also embark upon an exciting collaboration with the new SRO Esports Sim Pro Series, a virtual championship staged on-site at the Fanatec Arena during each Fanatec GT Europe Endurance Cup event. Fanatec is renowned for its state-of-the-art simulators and immersive racing environment, while RAFA Racing will bring its own extensive knowledge and passion for motorsport to create an exceptional sim racing experience.
Becoming the SRO Esports Sim Pro Series Powered by RAFA Racing, the partnership will solidify RAFA Racing’s commitment to providing top-level motorsport experiences for professionals, while also helping to break down barriers and open the sport up to grassroots participation. RAFA Racing has introduced a wildcard entry, enabling anyone to compete for the chance to race against the world’s best virtual competitors on Assetto Corsa Competizione at Spa-Francorchamps.
