The pace-setting CMR Toyota was followed by the V8 Racing Chevrolet Camaro of Jop Rappange, with Borusan Otomotiv Motorsport driver Cem Bölükbasi completing the top three of a session that saw several lap time improvements in the final minutes.
Eric Tremoulet put the Team Jouffruit by Vic’Team Mercedes-AMG in fourth place, ahead of Antoine Potty’s CMR Toyota. The top five were separated by just nine tenths of a second.
Fastest in AM this sesssion was Markus Lungstrass in the #18 R-Motorsport Aston Martin Vantage AMR GT.
Silver Cup leaders Theo Nouet and Valentin Hasse-Clot ended the second practice in 17th place, right behind the Allied Racing Porsche of Bastian Buus and Jan Kasperlik. The second Allied Racing entry was involved in an accident, which resulted in severe damage to the front of the Porsche.
The teams will now prepare for the split qualifying session, later this evening.
