The outright Teams' Champion of 2020 endured a difficult season last year, encouraging founder Nicolas Gomar to lead a complete overhaul over winter in order to approach this year's challenge with fresh hopes. Joined by Team Manager Yann Belhomme at the end of 2022, AGS Events Racing now confirms its return to the grid with clear podium ambitions.
A two car line-up, competing in both the French FFSA GT4 and the GT4 European Series make those ambitions clear from the word go.
“I'm very proud to be back in the GT4 European Series”, Team Owner Nicolas Gomar explains. “This competition has proven to be ever more professional over the past years and to perform at the highest level, you sometimes need to reinvent yourself. We have done just that, and our goals are clearly set on new podiums, victories and titles.”
With two cars sharing a very distinctive livery, symmetric over both bodyworks, one crew already knows they will be at the wheel of one of these proud Aston Martin Vantage AMR GT4. After a year spent racing in GT3-class, Nicolas Gomar will return to GT4, joined again by Mike Parisy aiming for Pro-Am success.
The drivers sharing the second car in AGS Events Racing's line-up will be announced shortly.
