Outright Teams’ Champion in 2020, AGS Events returns to the GT4 European Series for a third consecutive term looking to not only reclaim that coveted crown, but add a few more for good measure.
Leading the Montpellier team’s Am class charge will be a brand new driver pairing of two French GT4 Cup Champions. Julien Lambert, who took the French Am title in 2019, will team up with series returnee Wilfried Cazalbon in the Aston Martin Vantage GT4. Making the switch from the CMR Toyota GR Supra GT4 in which he earned multiple podiums and third in the GT4 European Am Driver standings last term, Cazalbon will be looking to bring the Am title home for the AGS Events team.
Hugo Condé returns to the Silver Cup for another full season campaign, this time in the #007 Aston Martin. An Aston Martin Racing Driver Academy candidate last year, Condé will be looking to build upon his top-10 points-scoring Silver Cup result earned at Barcelona. Condé will be joined by French F4 Championship podium finisher, 17-year-old Noah Andy, who will make his GT racing debut at Imola next month.
Since the AGS Event team’s foundation by Nicolas Gomar in 2010, AGS Events has since claimed a staggering 385 podiums and 115 victories across Europe. Even with the outfit still to confirm its complete GT4 European Series line-up, AGS Events will be one of the teams to watch a this year.
